GNC Aluminum is an integrated production facility equipped with advanced technology to provide high-standard solutions required by modern industry. Our 8-inch aluminum extrusion line has an annual production capacity of 12,000 tons, while our 6-inch extrusion line has an annual capacity of 6,000 tons.
In these processes, aluminum billets are shaped under high pressure using precision dies. The process is managed with high tolerance control through our in-house die shop and mechanical processing units.
Our facility includes comprehensive surface treatment lines to increase the corrosion resistance of manufactured profiles and provide an aesthetic appearance. Our anodizing facility creates a protective oxide layer through electrochemical processes and has an annual capacity of 10,000 tons. Our powder coating facility offers a wide range of colors and operates with an annual capacity of 4,000 tons.
